As of 14 July 2026, the transfer of the shares of Rabobank Anonim Şirketi to Joint Stock Company Kaspi.kz has been completed, resulting in a change in the Bank’s shareholding structure.
The Bank’s legal name has been changed to Hepsi Bank Anonim Şirketi.
The Bank’s brand identity, digital channels and website will be updated gradually to reflect these changes.
